The National Business & Disability Council is committed to providing its members with all the information they need in order to diversify their workforce by integrating people with disabilities.

Information Hotline

Need an answer to a specific disability-related question and need it now? Simply call NBDC's Information Hotline at 516-465-1519 any weekday between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST. One of our knowledgeble Information Specialists will be there to help answer your query. Or, email us any time through our website and we will respond promptly.

Disability-related issues can be complicated and time-consuming to research. The NBDC Information Specialists solve that problem for members, by offering expert guidance on issues ranging from compliance and accessibility to recruitment and training. In addition, Hotline staffers can answer any questions you might have about the NBDC member services.

Audio/Visual Library

An extensive collection of video, audio and print materials is avaialble to members free of charge. Topics range from specific disabilities, such as chronic depression, HIV-related issues and hearing impairment, to business concerns such as returning injured workers, reasonable accommodation, interviewing techniques and workers' compensation.
